I'm glad I checked out the reviews before wasting my time coming here. I did not see one one good review. Judging by all of the bad reviews I'm probably better off with having circus clowns wash my vehicle

Been paying the subscription for a anlmost 2 years and the service has declined. I use touchless and the time and effectiveness has decreased, when exiting the wash, the car is still dirty. I have to hand wipe down the car to remove dirt every time. They only allow one wash per day so you can’t even get multiple passes to get a decent wash. I was mainly keeping this for winter times for the salt and grime but would use it during summer too. I prefer to hand wash because my car has a PPF wrap and ceramic coating but sometimes I just want to use a wash I don’t have to provide. Touchless car washes use very harsh chemicals to help remove dirt since there’s no contact. These chemicals are harmful to the PPF and ceramic coatings but also parts of your car. If you see discoloration on the trim, wipers, etc it’s from those chemicals. Knowing this I’m careful to not use the wash often as my detailer ESOTERIC says it’s not good but okay for when needed. So it’s funny seeing prices increase, less wash time, and a decline in water used leading to inefficient cleaning; but they now offer a ceramic option that would directly conflict with the harsh chemicals and the coating you would be payin

“New” touchless wash machines = significant worse job. Zero pressure so nothing comes off in the wash. And the vacuums barely work. But “new” so raised prices. Used to only come here. Won’t be back. Waste of time for a subpar wash that requires you to get the dirt off yourself after. Vacuums are a total joke too. You can tell whoever owns this dump doesn’t care for it.

I'm over this place. They're constantly closed during their open hours, always have one or even both of their touchless bays closed, and the wash isn't that spectacular either. Sometimes the machines won't spray properly so you get a little dribble of soap rather than a proper coating. And the dryers suck, the best way to dry your car is to immediately get on the freeway. I'll be canceling my membership, this place isn't worth 5 bucks a month, let alone the 40 they're asking. 1st Edit: Since the beginning of September when I started going, both bays have been open at the same time like 6 or 7 times. And I was going nearly every day. Renovations my ass. 2nd Edit: Was convinced to give the touch bay a try since my membership is still active for a couple more days, did it a few times and every single time, streaks of soap were left on my car. New machine wasn't bad but isn't stellar either. Whatever spray they use on the second pass doesn't get rinsed on the sides at all so it gets mixed in with the spray on the third pass. Soap is always left in the ridges on the roof of my car that ends up streaking down my back windshield once I start driving lol. Disappointed in total, really ju

Express Wash was OK. Aqua spa’s tire was really lacking. I had purchased their 22 ultimate with carbonate and was upset at the quality of tire shine applied to my grand Highlander. You can barely see any on the tires. In my last photo you can see where I had to spend an extra 4 bucks for black jack sponges just to cover tire shine. Not satisfied for a total of 26 bucks. 8-8-2024 The manager never offered a rewash. I actually was refused a rewash option because apparently "the owners wouldn't allow a rewash for tire shine".
